Brewing Summit 2025: Abstract submission now open

Evolving in a New Environment | This year the Brewing Summit will take place in Palm Desert, California from 13–15 August 2025.

It unites the expertise of the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC) and the Master Brewers Association of the Americas for an unparalleled exploration of brewing science, innovation, and industry standards. This year’s theme, “Evolving in a New Environment,” addresses the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s brewing landscape, from ingredient innovation to sustainability and shifting consumer demands.

As of now, submissions are open for focus sessions, pre-meeting workshops, and abstracts that align with this year’s theme. Abstracts can be submitted on the ASBC website. Deadline is on 11 March 2025.
