MBAA Malting and Brewing Course 2018

The MBAA Malting and Brewing Course students prepare for their team assignments.

The international 2-weeks-course is held yearly at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA, each time with more than 60 students coming from international breweries of all sizes. The photo shows the 2018 course. In front you see Course Director Fred M. Scheer (Doemens 1974/76) handing out copies of BRAUWELT International to the students, as the technical articles have proven to be very helpful for their assignments.
