Process water and residue treatment using anaerobic/aerobic fermentation

Process water (effluent) treatment, as well as disposal of residues such as yeast, spent grains, dust among other things in breweries represent a costly problem as far as current practice is concerned. As costs for energy and fresh water increase, novel anaerobic/aerobic processes (FFF process for solid-liquid fermentation) allows operating costs to be turned into income.
