From trainee to Managing Director
A total of 25 years working for Ziemann and, in this time, risen from trainee to managing director – Klaus Gehrig is one of the leading personalities and an important constant of the younger Ziemann history.
In 1984 he started his training as a metal worker in Buergstadt. After completing the technical secondary school and the German Armed Forces, Klaus Gehrig studied mechanical engineering between 1989 and 1993, which he completed as a graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)). Afterwards, he returned immediately to Ziemann, where he worked in various positions in Buergstadt between 1993 and 2003, most recently as technical director. In 2003 Klaus Gehrig was appointed managing director (COO) in Ludwigsburg. Since 2015 he has been CEO of Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH.
