Recovering beer economically
Conventional decanters and other centrifuges often have had problems to achieve satisfactory separation results with hardly sedimentable subsances for their specific properties. The presented high performance centrifuge offers all the advantages of a traditional decanter and those of a disk stack centrifuge. This article compares the new separation technology with existing technologies.
