Brewers Association announces reduction in force
USA | At the end of November 2024, the Brewers Association conducted an internal restructuring of the organization to maximize support to their members, realize greater efficiencies, adapt to rapidly evolving industry dynamics, and set up the association and its incoming CEO for success in 2025.
Highlights of this reorganization include reducing the number of CEO direct reports to the five following roles:
- VP of Events & Sales: Lacey Gautier*;
- VP of Operations: Dan Goloback*;
- VP of Marketing & Communications: Ann Obenchain;
- VP of Government Affairs: Marc Sorini*;
- VP of Strategy & Membership: Bart Watson*.
Additionally, Dr. J Jackson-Beckham will step into the new role of Member Resources Director.*

All six team members will join Bob Pease on a new Senior Management Team to chart the organization's future path in 2025.
With the reorganization also comes the decision to carry out a reduction in force of six positions, or 11% of the Brewers Association workforce.
