New members in the group of external BrewingScience reviewers
Special Publisher Hans Carl, Nuremberg, Germany, is pleased to announce its new peer reviewers for the BrewingScience - Monatsschrift für Brauwissenschaft.
Prof Dr Guido Aerts studied at University of Gent, Belgium, from 1973 to 1980; he holds a PhD in Biochemistry. Since 1991 Aerts has been the head of the biochemistry department, KU Leuven, Belgium, and since 2009 he has been associated Professor at KU Leuven, Belgium. Guido´s special fields of research are hopping, fermentation technology, flavour quality and stability, enzyme technology, and biochemistry in general.
Dr Evan Evans graduated with a B. Agr. Sc. (Hons) in 1986, followed by a Ph.D. in 1990, both at the University of Melbourne. In 1992, he joined the University of Adelaide where he developed his interests in malting barley and brewing. Recently he relocated to the University of Tasmania where his brewing research interests continue to be in improving malt quality to improve beer quality and the efficiency in brewing process.
