Technology platform for Japanese breweries and distilleries

To learn more about the latest technology innovations and processes in raw material handling and grinding, all major Japanese breweries and distilleries attended a seminar of Bühler in Osaka or Yokohama.

The main focus was on the new innovative grinding system “Maltomat III”, another milestone in grinding malt and unmalted grain. The brewers and distillers were able to get a sneak preview of the TUBO, a conveying revolution which sets new standards in sanitation, energy efficiency and gentle conveying. TUBO will be introduced at the BrauBeviale in Nuremberg. Bühler also presented new measuring devices to keep the brewhouse yield at a continuously high level, while reducing energy costs permanently and significantly.
