How digital is the supply chain in the food industry?

Survey | A current study deals with how widespread software tools in supply chain management are in the food industry. Take part in the online survey.

Dynamic consumer requirements, growing product diversity and shelf life at all stages of the production process make supply chain management in the food industry challenging. Anyone who wants to establish themselves in the future market uses software tools to optimally use the resources along the supply chain. The current study by David Stüve, doctoral student at Strathclyde University Glasgow, Scotland, in cooperation with the supply chain consultancy Höveler Holzmann Consulting GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany and the International School of Management Dortmund, Germany, deals with the question of how widespread software tools are currently in supply chain management in the food industry. The study is aimed at managers in the IT and SCM/logistics sectors.

The survey takes 10 to 20 minutes. Participants have the opportunity to receive a comprehensive evaluation of the survey results. The answers are analyzed in an aggregated form. Individual survey participants are not identified in the published results. Your contact details will not be passed on to third parties.
